MEMORANDUM FOR EXECUTIVE STAFF
Los Santos, San Andreas State

SUBJECT: Written Reprimand

1. Police Officer III+1 Lauren Wilkinson is hereby reprimanded for failure to uphold proper communication with fellow officers, which lead to having an assault suspect go free out to the public. Refer to #IA00164 for more information.

2. This reprimand is imposed as an administrative measure and not as a punishment pursuant to the Los Santos Police Department's Disciplinary Actions Code. The officer in question is advised that in accordance with the Department's regulations acknowledges the issued reprimand and will from now on adhere to all professionalism standards this Department imposes.

3. Acknowledgement of receipt of this reprimand is compulsory and must be returned through the chain of command, by the reprimanded officer, no later than ten days from the day of execution. Any matters in extenuation, mitigation, or rebuttal must accompany the acknowledgement. After the ten (10) day mark, the present reprimand will no longer be appealable via an Internal Affairs D.A.A. submission. It is to be mentioned that, in case more than three (3) written reprimands are issued against one officer, the officer in question is subject to suspension or, in certain cases, a dishonorable discharge.
